The short version. There are no accounts. Your shirt collection stays on your own device. The photos you scan are sent to our server only to be identified, and are not kept afterwards. We do not sell your data, and there are no advertising or tracking services in the app.
When you scan a shirt, the photos you took are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes them to our AI provider to produce the identification. They are held only in memory for as long as that request takes, are not written to any database or file storage, and we do not use them to train any model of our own.
The photos also remain on your device as part of your collection until you delete the shirt or use Delete All Local Data in Settings.
To find comparable prices, the search terms built from the shirt details (for example team, season, manufacturer and sponsor) are sent to eBay's Browse API for the marketplace you have chosen. This is ordinary product-search text and does not include your name, your photos or any device identifier.
Saved shirts, photos, notes, favourites and your scan counters are stored locally on your device. We have no copy of them and no way to read them. There is no login, so nothing syncs between devices. Deleting the app removes this data.
Payment is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or receive your card details. We use RevenueCat to check whether a subscription is active. For that purpose RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, anonymous identifier for your installation together with the purchase status and receipt information supplied by Apple. It is not linked to your name or email address by us.
Prices shown come from current asking prices on active eBay listings. Asking prices are not confirmed sale prices and do not guarantee what a shirt will sell for. The app does not authenticate shirts and never confirms that an item is genuine, official, match-worn or player-issued.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Because we hold no account and no personal profile, there is no server-side record of you to export or erase. You are in direct control of everything the app keeps: delete an individual shirt, use Delete All Local Data, or remove the app.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above.
